If you have forgotten your password or your account is currently locked, contact the IT Service Desk at 713-313-4357 and request a password reset. Once you have a working TSU Network Login, you will need to register your security questions. Please login with your TSU Network Login and set security questions. When changing or resetting your password, please adhere to the following guidelines: Password must have a minimum of 8 characters. Password should not be based on well known or easily accessible personal information. Once you change your password, you cannot change it for the next 5 days. REGISTER. Before using the password reset tool the first time, you must register. If your password is already expired, before registration, please contact the HNTB Service Desk. 1. Navigate to the HNTB Password Reset Registration page 2. Log in with your HNTB email address. Tips for creating a secure password: Use a mixture of letters and numbers. Mix upper and lowercase letters. Include similar-looking substitutions, such as the number zero for the letter 'O'. Include phonetic replacements, such as "Live2Laf" for "Live to Laugh". Avoid using: An example listed as a good password. Reset Link. A password reset link was sent. Click the link in the email to create a new password. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please click the re-send email link below. In the password reset email, click Choose a New Password. Enter your new password, then select Change my password. Password guidelines: The new password you choose must be at least six characters long, and can't be things like password , 123456 , or abcdef . 🔐For security reasons, you can't reuse your previous password.
This option allows you to reset your password without knowing your password, if you had previously established a Password Reset Profile consisting of two questions for you to answer. To begin the reset process please enter your user name or ALPA member number and then click on SUBMIT to proceed.

Original installation media will work for Windows 10 through Vista. A System Repair Disc is good if you're using Windows 10, 8, or 7, or a Recovery Drive if on Windows 8.
